Please let me introduce myself:
After over 25 years of successful entrepreneurial/CEO experience in businesses ranging from financing to residential property development, I decided to begin a career in an industry that I was experienced in and had a passion for – residential real estate.
I have always enjoyed the sales and marketing aspect of my businesses and assisting clients in achieving their goals.
A by-product of this past experience is the negotiating skills I have developed. I abide by a “win/win” philosophy while keeping in mind my client’s best interest.
I have developed enough “teams” in 25 years to last me a lifetime, so other than competent, like-minded administrators I intend to be 100% hands on for complete accountability.
My goal is to relieve clients of the potential stress of home selling or purchasing and make it an enjoyable, rewarding process.
